For lightworkers, mystics and healers, the beginning of 2025 carries great significance. A shift is taking place in the roles of those who are working consciously with light, and for those who are actively working to retrieve their soul’s connection to the Divine feminine, or ‘goddess consciousness‘.
If you’re reading this, it’s a signal from the Universe that your soul has incarnated to devote a significant portion of your life-force energy to inner healing, spiritual awakening, and soul growth.
You’ve most likely chosen this lifetime to work through and dissolve many blocks and fears that may have been stuck in your energy field for many lifetimes.
You’ve elected to be a force of transformation for your ancestral lines and Mother Earth, through conscious – and phenomenally brave – self-healing and bold recognition of your soul’s true nature and purpose.
The new roles of lightworkers
2025 brings a change in the roles of lightworkers and healers. There are two groups that form the basis of this change: I’ve named these groups The Dynamic Builders and The Light Mentors.
What follows is a broad overview of the two groups and how the shift will occur. As you read, pay attention to your inner responses. You may find that some resistance surfaces when you sense which group you belong to. You may also feel excited and relieved, or perhaps a mixture of feelings. If you’re not sure, don’t worry. Give it time for the information to sink in.
N.B. The groups don’t relate to age or stage of life. They relate to your soul’s choice about how your lightworker path is meant to unfold. For example, you could be in your 60s and be in the Dynamic Builder group. You could be in your 30s and be in the Light Mentor group.
Remember, this isn’t about which group your ego wants you to belong to. It’s the one your body, heart and soul KNOW you belong to. It’s about what will truly serve you at the deepest level – and therefore, will truly serve the planet and humanity.
Group 1: The Dynamic Builders ⛰️
Lightworkers and healers who are now ready to come into their own dynamic phase of actively sharing their light, through offering their services and carving out a rapidly evolving path.
These people may have been developing their soul purpose for many years, including considerable self-healing and inner growth work. These healers may receive profound inner messages and divine guidance that they are here to contribute to a spiritual transformation on the planet. They may even “see” themselves in a future situation, having evolved into a wonderful spiritual teacher or mentor.
Their job now though, is to come back to the “now” and their present position. There are building blocks to be put in place. There is quiet, dedicated service work to be done. Much work needs to happen behind the scenes.
The energy is shifting rapidly for the Dynamic Builders. They need to ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’. They must believe 100% in their ability to work their light and implement their divine gifts.
The Dynamic Builders will be supported to build their dreams and visions. They must also know that the timing of their life is perfect, and that they are in the right place at the right time. Miracles and magic are unfolding for these brave, sensitive souls – they need to believe in themselves like never before, and trust their intuition. This must be coupled with daily action steps, and consistent building blocks.
These wonderful lightworkers and healers must now step up and serve – without any illusions of grandeur. They must walk through the gates of lightworkers who have come before them, whilst understanding that they have their own unique path.
Group 2: The Light Mentors 🌟
Lightworkers and healers who have been working for decades ‘on the ground’ to carve out new pathways of consciousness, will be moving into a new role.
This role still encompasses bringing their light and wisdom through, but from a new vantage point. It may include lots of active ‘work’ and creativity, but will be less physically and emotionally intensive. They’ll be working in mentorship and guidance roles, and replenishing their energies so they can offer the benefit of their experience to others who need it.
Many of these pioneers and wisdom keepers are tired. They’ve been holding space for vast quotients of transmutation for many years. They’ve faced their deepest fears and gone ahead and done it anyway, rebirthing themselves over and over again. Mountains of suppressed psychic energies have shifted.
These Light Mentors will now take a step back from the ‘frontline’. They will continue to receive downloads from their spiritual guides, and will share their energy as they are guided to. This can be valuable for the Dynamic Builders, who will continue to receive their support and encouragement. The Light Mentors are saying “Don’t give up!” to the Dynamic Builders.
The Light Mentors are hardworking and dedicated souls who have paved the way for waves of light, wisdom and healing to come in. Again, they are now tired from working in the trenches. The Universe has a different plan for them, as they must now teach, guide, and create from a new frequency, occupying new leadership and mentor roles.
Spiritual guides supporting this shift are:
~ Archangel Michael, guardian of lightworkers
~ Goddess Isis, keeper of sacred feminine contracts
~ Pleiades Star Light Beings, keepers of star codes for Earth’s highest future
~ Goddesses Inanna and Gaia, keepers of the divine feminine wisdom of Mother Earth’s core
The Universe will orchestrate ways for you to receive the downloads, activations and soul teachers you need. Any opportunities for spiritual growth that have recently come in are linked to this shift. Many more opportunities will arrive in the New Year.
Meditate on the following statements and see how they could be true for you:
Wherever Life has placed you now is right for what’s coming next.
Life is working for you, not against you.
You have everything you need to embrace your new lightworker and divine feminine healing role.

Your messages always connect with my soul. When reading them many times I feel chills that confirm that this is true.
Without a doubt I belong to group 1: “The Dynamic Builders”.
I trust myself. I’m going to let myself be seen still afraid. I also trust in divine support and guidance. Now is the time. I have your oracle in Spanish, it helps me a lot. I admire you, your work is great, you reach many people in many countries.
Thank you infinitely!

Yes things are changing. I feel it! I am tired as challenges are hard. My second book is almost complete. It has been a journey of discovery over many years. A culmination of all I have learnt as a healer about myself and others. ♥️
Sophie, I appreciate your work so very much I have been listening to You are a Goddess over and over and see the presence of the Goddesses all throughout my life. I have always know ai was meant to work with women/ now I understand it to just be feminine Energy. I am definitely in the dynamic builders category amd am excited but also scared. I have been getting the message for the last few months to “ just do it scared” and your blog today confirmed that for me. I am an energy healer and intuitive but I have still not put myself out there. I am working with Hecate, at the moment to free myself of the witch wound, embrazas the divine trilogy. I would love to work with you one on one. I trust in the divine feminine to bring me the Lightworker Mentors meant for me. I value the work you have presented so very much and I thank you for being a guiding light for rise of Divine Feminine Essence to come back into its rightful place. Sending so much love and light to you Sister, and to anyone else this message touches!
Thank you x
